Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Work Worry-Free and tap Me.
  2. Tap Sign-in & security, then Delete my account, and confirm.

This deletes, right away: every person you track, all pay, reports, letters, photos, record history and settings, on your phone and in cloud backup (including history a helper added about your people). Copies in our database backups are deleted automatically within 35 days. We don't keep backup copies of photos.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Without the app

Email hello@workworryfree.com from the email address you used for backup, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What we keep

Nothing about you, except when the law requires it (for example, records of a legal claim), and only for as long as required. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
